The Conservation Studio of Seattle provides professional preservation services for historic and artistic works on paper. We work with a wide variety of materials including prints, drawings, watercolors, architectural plans, wallpaper, letters, as well as three-dimensional paper objects.

Our clients come from all backgrounds including, museums, historical societies, libraries and archives, private collectors, and other institutions. Whether it is a simple repair, more complex treatments, or consultation and preservation advice, we will strive to exceed your expectations. Emily Derse, the studio’s principal conservator holds a masters degree in conservation of works of art on paper and is a member of the American Institute for Conservation.
